For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Funds" / "Balance" — the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) amount held in a Member's 888pw wallet, comprising deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses, net of withdrawals and wagers settled.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Member's account in accordance with an active promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity-verification procedures carried out by 888pw to confirm a Member's identity, age, and country of residence.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" — any country or territory in which the use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether access to 888pw is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Access to and use of the 888pw platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account you confirm, represent, and warrant that:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You are at least 21 years of age. 888pw enforces a strict minimum age policy. Accounts found to have been created by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, affiliate, or family member of a current employee or director of 888pw or any of its sister brands or technology partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 888pw or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of 888pw Services, you must create a Member Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with 888pw. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 888pw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 888pw support immediately at [email protected]. 888pw will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
• KYC compliance: 888pw may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposit exceeds a threshold determined by internal risk controls. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within three months).
• Accuracy of payment details: The bank account or e-wallet details registered for withdrawals must belong to you personally. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on 888pw are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• 888pw accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Deposits are credited to your 888pw wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform's payment processor. Standard deposit processing times are near-instant for e-wallets and between zero and thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers, subject to Indonesian banking settlement windows.
• 888pw reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that originates from a source not registered to you personally, or that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent or money-laundering activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered on your 888pw profile. The receiving account must be held in your own name; third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal interface and may differ by payment channel. 888pw targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for the majority of IDR withdrawal requests, though actual settlement times depend on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• 888pw may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of active bonus wagering requirements, or completion of an internal security review. Where a withdrawal is delayed for any of these reasons, 888pw will endeavour to notify you within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being raised.
• Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or arbitrage betting may have withdrawal requests suspended pending investigation. 888pw reserves the right to void wagers and confiscate winnings where fraudulent conduct is established.

888pw offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and must be met within the validity window of the bonus.
• Eligible games: Wagering contributions toward bonus rollover requirements vary by game type. • Seasonal promotions: Special promotions may be offered in connection with Indonesian cultural and sporting events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, BRI Liga 1 fixtures, and the FIFA World Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity periods.
• Right to modify or withdraw: 888pw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Member accounts and actively being wagered at the time of any such change.

The following general rules govern all wagering and gaming activity on the 888pw platform:

• Bet acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. 888pw is under no obligation to honour bets placed in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not offered.

• Losses attributable to network outages, payment processing delays, third-party service failures, or force majeure events beyond 888pw's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information published on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional details.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 888pw's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

888pw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member Account, and to void outstanding bets and withhold associated funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the timeframe specified by 888pw.
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity, in which case 888pw may be obligated to retain funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.
• Participation in match-fixing, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies (including arbitrage, syndicate wagering, or exploitation of software errors).
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against deposits made to the Platform.

Any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within seven (7) business days of account closure, subject to all applicable verification requirements being met.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888pw holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the 888pw customer support channel shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 888pw from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, a representation that access to or use of the 888pw Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction, including Indonesia. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws and regulations.

888pw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 888pw will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the 888pw Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

The version of these Terms displaying the most recent "Last updated" date at the top of this page constitutes the current binding version. Previous versions are archived and available on request from the 888pw support team.
